Although still a small company, Cornell Design and Landscaping has expanded steadily over the years and today employs 15 people during the peak season.
Leslie currently serves as the past-president of the Saskatchewan Nursery Landscape Association (SNLA), and has been an active member of the local Communities in Bloom board for Moose Jaw, SK from 2014 to 2018.
Leslie has participated on the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Trade Board for Landscape Horticulturist since 2009 and in 2016 she became a Red Seal Landscape Horticulturist. Her landscape construction team was featured in the infographic marketing campaign for Saskatchewan Apprenticeship program landscape horticulturist.
